Before you book your trip, all pets must be microchipped and have had a valid rabies vaccine from your registered vet at least 21 days before you travel. An AHC cannot be completed until at least 21 days after the rabies vaccination. 

Complete our booking form and email it to hello@thecheshiretravelvet.com. You will also need to email us clear copies of each pet's rabies certificate, issued by the vet who gave the vaccine. See our FAQs for more information on suitable documents.

Once we've received your information, we'll be in touch to confirm your details and arrange the most suitable time for the home visit. We'll then send an invoice for payment in advance. The booking is complete once payment has been received.

By collating your personal and pet information your bespoke AHC is prepared in advance of the home visit. The AHC will then be ready for delivery.

Our vet will check your pet's microchip, ensure they're fit to travel and finish the paperwork from the comfort of your home.

With the paperwork complete, you have a 10 day window to travel to the EU on your AHC. Have a safe trip!
